Don Brown: Administrator
Don has been licensed full time for 5 years. He handles all of the pre-marketing REO tasks, paperwork and finances. His perfectionism makes him a great asset to the team. He orders rekeys, trash outs, winterizations, and lawn service. Repair bids as needed, he then follows up with the contractors to schedule all repairs and preservation tasks for properties.
David Borowy: REO and Short Sale Specialist
Dave is an experienced licensed agent for 9 years specializing in New Haven County.
He is skilled in negotiation as a listing agent. As a former business owner, he has extensive business management experience that works to bring the transaction to a successful completion. He has experience with relocation and short sales, as well as a successful buyer’s agent.
